Accommodation
There are two lovely, comfortable en-suite bedrooms, one double, one twin; ‘The Stable’ and ‘The Orchard’. Both rooms have tea, coffee making facilities, TV with DVD player and freeview, with a selection of DVDs’ hairdryer, torch, radio alarm clock/CD player, a selection of books and information on some of the many attractions in the area. There are also wine glasses and a corkscrew provided for a cosy night in with a good DVD. An iron and ironing board are also available.

Breakfast served 8am - 9.30am (early or late breakfast by request).
There is a selection of cereals, yoghurts, fruit and juices for you to help yourselves to. Followed by a full English breakfast consisting of sausage, bacon, eggs from our own very free range chickens, tomatoes – our own when available, mushrooms and hash browns, all of the above are sourced locally where possible.
Tea, coffee and toast with jams and marmalade.
We can also offer egg & bacon muffins or any of the above in any combination or variation.

Discounts are available on stays of 4 or more nights and single occupancy, these are only available for direct bookings (phone or e mail) not online
Minimum of 2 nights stay in high season (17th July - 31st August) unless I have a
1 night gap

No smoking and no pets allowed
Cancellation up to 48hrs before visit: Full refund less £5.00 administration charge. Less than 48hrs: Deposit becomes non refundable
